Return Policy Bagarre
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your Bagarre card game must be:
- Unopened and still sealed (plastic wrapped)
- Unused and in its original condition
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Returns will not be accepted if the game has been opened.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used games
- Sale items
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to get a different item is to:
- Return the original item (if eligible)
- Place a new order
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
